Normalisation

The Cluster manual says that the data are normalised before making the trees. What does that mean?

Hello,
If I type '---' (without the quotes) in a spreadsheet cell, it shows '0'. Why is this? Is it a bug perhaps?

Correlation matrix???

Could anyone tell me what the difference is between a covariance matrix and a correlation matrix? The online manual is not very helpful.

Carry out quantative analysis of FACS data, fluorescence, cell shape, neurite length cell movements and cell number with Cells&Maps. It takes (stacks of) bmp,tiff and jpg images and it outputs an illustrated vector drawing ready for publication.

Install ATCG and copy a shortcut of the program onto your speedbar. Just push the white circle icon once, before pasting the sequence in your text editor. ATCG removes all characters other than A,T,C and G and changes them to upper case. Simpler is not possible.
